How to combine multiple auctions into one shipment - After you have "won" all the auctions for the items you wish to purchase, use the "request total" link from one of your won eBay auctions to request a combined item S&H quote.  You must obtain a combined S&H quote and make a single combined PayPal or money order payment for items to be shipped together. 

In most cases (for US bidders), eBay will provide an automatic combined S&H total on items purchased within the past 7 days, which can be accepted for quicker checkout and payment.  eBay will calculate the combined S&H as follows:

(Highest S&H cost of the selected items) + (S&H cost minus $5 of each additional item).  This is unless the S&H of the additional item is less than $5, in which case there will be no additional s&h for that item.

For instance...eBay automatic checkout will figure items with S&H cost of $12, $10, $7, $3 as (12+(10-5)+(7-5)+(0))=$19.  This figure, calculated using eBay automatic checkout, includes shipping insurance for the complete shipment.

With PayPal, you may also send payment manually to paypal@58cycle.com using the "Send Money" link at www.paypal.com including all item numbers of items within the combined shipment.

Sales Tax & Fees
  • Virginia Sales Tax - A 5% sales tax is applied to the selling price of any item shipped within the state of VA (Calculation is made prior to adding S&H fees).
  • Shipping and Handling - Our S&H fees are clearly visible within the auction listing.
Shipping Methods
  • UPS (Default) - Used for most Continental (48) States and International shipments - Services available are listed in the auction description.
  • United States Postal Service (USPS) - Used for P.O. Box, APO, FPO, PR, GU, HI, AK shipments - Services available are listed in the auction description.

Delivery Times & Tracking Info
  • We ship most items within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, but may take up to 7 days depending on product availability.
  • USPS shipments usually ship within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.
  • Tracking numbers for UPS and USPS shipments will be sent to the buyer via email.
Refunds & Returns (Read entire section)
  • Due to the nature of auctions and associated selling fees, we do NOT accept returns for eBay auction items unless an incorrect item was shipped or the item is defective.
  • Any purchase that is made where the buyer is not happy with the fitment, color, or quality, please contact us via email at ebay@58cycle.com.  Include item number(s), part number(s), an explanation of the  problem, and pictures.  In some instances we may require that photographs are taken to provide reasonable proof of defectiveness or to understand the problem.  Any product may be returned at the cost of the buyer for our inspection.
  • If an incorrect or defective item is received, the correct/replacement item will be sent out once the item is returned to us*. We can not send the correct/replacement item out until the returned item is received unless a duplicate payment is sent as a "deposit", which will be refunded once the returned item is received.
  • In some cases, if within the Continental (48) US, a UPS return shipping label will be sent via email.  It must be printed by you and placed on the item to be returned.  It will then need to be taken to a UPS drop-off location. Otherwise, reasonable return shipping charges will be refunded.
  • A Return Authorization Number (RA #) MUST be issued for any return to be accepted.  Clearly write the RA # issued on the outside of the box and include a copy of the emails concerning such return, as well as return shipping information.
  • Proper shipping insurance must be obtained on all returns.  If issued a UPS return label, proper insurance is included.

*Replacement parts are subject to availability and approval of defectiveness of the returned item.  In some (rare) cases, instructions will be given to return the product(s) to or contact the manufacturer directly.  This occurs when we are unable to effectively assess the issue(s) given our knowledge of that product or where the customer would be better served by the manufacturer.

Items Damaged or Lost in Shipment
  • If you believe your item was damaged or lost in shipment, please contact us via email at ebay@58cycle.com.  Include your name, shipping address, phone #, item number(s), part number(s), an explanation of the damages, and pictures.  In some instances we may require that photographs are taken to provide reasonable proof of damage or to understand the problem.  Any product may be returned at the cost of the buyer for our inspection.
  • Insurance shipping claims vary depending on carrier.  UPS claims usually take 1-8 days to approve while USPS claims can take 2-3 weeks.  Please retain the box in which the damaged item was received.  If an item is damaged or lost in shipment, we can only ship out a replacement item once the shipping insurance claim is approved.

  • With Lost USPS shipments - the Postal Service requires that you wait 30 days from the ship date to file a claim for lost shipments (to allow for the shipment to arrive), in which case we must then wait for the claim to then be approved, which may take an additional 2-3 weeks.  We suggest you select another form of shipment if possible when placing your order or be prepared to have a backup plan in case this situation arises.  We will gladly issue a refund or ship out a replacement item once the claim is approved.  You may also contact us to reorder while the claim is being processed, and receive a refund if the claim is approved.

  • For privacy issues we reciprocate feedback only.  (For example, if you buy someone a gift on eBay, they would not know exactly what you bought them by looking at your eBay feedback, unless you have left feedback for that transaction!)
  • We typically reciprocate feedback within 1-2 business days of receipt.
  • If you have any concerns prior to leaving feedback, feel free to contact us beforehand.
  • If the feedback rating left by you is not positive, you will be blocked from bidding on any of our eBay items in the future.
